Signing in to Curvo

You sign in to Curvo with a link or 6-digit code sent to your email, or with Google or Microsoft. There is no password. If you are new to Curvo, accept your invite first, because sign-in only works for an account that already exists.
Accept your invite
Open your invitation email and select Accept invite. If you are setting up your company's workspace, the button reads Set up Account.
On the Create Account page, your email address is already filled in and can't be changed. Enter your first and last name.
Select Create Account. If you are setting up a new company, you'll enter your company details as well. See Set up your workspace.
Curvo opens the sign-in page. Sign in using the same email address the invite was sent to.
Each invite link works once. After you've created your account, sign in from app.curvo.ai instead.
Sign in with email
Go to app.curvo.ai, enter your email address and select Continue with Email.
Open the email titled "Sign in to Curvo". It contains a sign-in button and a 6-digit code.
Select the button in the email. The link expires after 5 minutes.
To use the code instead, go back to the sign-in page, select Use the 6-digit code instead and enter the code. Curvo signs you in as soon as all six digits are entered. The code expires after 10 minutes.
If the email hasn't arrived, select Resend email on the code page. A new email replaces the code in the previous one, so use the latest. If you typed the wrong address, select Send to different email.
Sign in with Google or Microsoft
Select Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft, then choose the account that uses your Curvo email address. Curvo matches you by email address, so a personal Google account won't open a Curvo account created for your work address.
Curvo shows Last used next to the method you used most recently in this browser.
Switch between accounts
You can stay signed in to up to 5 Curvo accounts in one browser.
Select your name at the bottom of the left sidebar.
Under Accounts, select the picture or initials of the account you want. Curvo reloads under that account.
To add an account, select the plus button under Accounts and sign in on the Add another account page. If the plus button is unavailable, you've reached the limit: select Log out in the same menu to sign out of the current account, then add the new one.
Common sign-in problems
What you see | What it means and what to do |
|---|---|
No email arrives after "Check your email!" | The page shows this message for every address, and Curvo only sends the email if the address has an active account. Check spam and the address you typed, then select Resend email. If nothing arrives, ask your workspace Owner whether you have an account. |
That sign-in link has expired or was already used. | The link is older than 5 minutes or has been opened already. Enter the 6-digit code from the same email, or select Resend email. |
That code isn't correct. | The digits don't match your latest email. Check the code and try again. |
That code has expired, or Too many incorrect attempts. | The code is more than 10 minutes old or was entered wrongly too many times. Select Resend email and use the new code. |
Too many sign-in attempts. | Curvo has limited sign-in attempts for now. Wait a few minutes and try again. |
We couldn't find an account for that email. | No Curvo account uses that address, and you may not have accepted your invite yet. Accept your invite, or sign in with the address you were invited with. |
This account has been deactivated. | Your account has been archived. Ask your workspace Owner to restore it. |
Your organisation's access is suspended. | Your company's access to Curvo is suspended. Ask your workspace Owner to contact the Curvo team. |
Your session has expired. | You were signed out. Sign in again. |
Link not valid, on an invite link | The invite has been used or revoked. If you've already created your account, sign in. Otherwise ask your workspace Owner for a new invite. |
