Who can see a meeting

Every meeting in Curvo is either Private or Shared. Anyone in your workspace can open a Shared meeting. A Private meeting opens only for its owners, teammates listed as participants and, if your company allows it, workspace Owners. People outside your workspace can see a meeting only if someone shares it with them.
Curvo uses two names for the same setting. The meeting page calls it Team, while the Meetings page and Company settings call it Shared.
Who | What they can open |
|---|---|
The meeting's owners | Shared and Private meetings |
Teammates listed as participants, including those on the calendar invite | Shared and Private meetings |
Other Users and View-only Users | Shared meetings only |
Owners and View-only Owners | Shared meetings. Private meetings only if Workspace owner access is on and no owner of the meeting is an Owner or View-only Owner |
People outside your workspace | Shared or Private meetings, only through a share link |
Members of the Curvo team with administrator access can open any meeting, whichever setting it has.
If you can't open a meeting, Curvo shows "This meeting isn't available". Ask the meeting's owner or a workspace Owner to change its visibility.
How a meeting gets its visibility
A new meeting linked to a deal starts as Shared.
Any other new meeting follows your company's Default visibility. Unless your company has changed it, that is Private.
A Private meeting becomes Shared when it is linked to a deal, whether Curvo links it or someone does it by hand. You can set it back to Private afterwards.
Change a meeting's visibility
You can do this if you own the meeting or you are an Owner or View-only Owner. Everyone else sees the setting without being able to change it.
Open the meeting.
In the meeting header, select the visibility menu, which shows Team or Private.
Choose Team or Private.
You can also change it from a meeting's Settings on the Meetings page, using Private Meeting under Visibility Settings, then Save Changes.
Share a meeting outside your workspace
A share link works whichever visibility the meeting has, so a Private meeting can still be shared. You can manage sharing if you own the meeting or you are an Owner or View-only Owner. Everyone else sees "Only owners and admins can share".
Open the meeting and select Share externally.
Under General access, choose who can open the link. Restricted is the default and means only people you add: they enter their email address and Curvo sends them a 6-digit code, which expires after 10 minutes. Anyone with link means anyone who has the link, with no code.
Add people by email. A Restricted link needs at least one person.
To change what's included, select Settings. Video and transcript are always included. Summary and Highlights start on, and Sales Framework & Top Risks starts off.
Under Link expiry in the same panel, choose 1 day, 7 days, 30 days or Never. A new link defaults to 30 days.
Select Send to email the link to the people you added, or Copy link to share it yourself.
To remove one person, select Revoke next to their email address. To end all outside access, open Settings and select Revoke link.
Where else meeting content appears
Search and Ask Curvo apply the same visibility rules when they read meetings.
Your CRM can receive notes from Private meetings. Include private meetings is on by default in the CRM tab of Company settings. See Connect your CRM and control what Curvo writes.
A clip has its own share link. A new clip's link is set to Anyone with link for 30 days, even on a Private meeting, until you change it.
For workspace Owners
To find these settings, select your name at the bottom of the left sidebar, then Settings. Under the Company heading, select the Company tab and go to Meeting access. Select Save settings after changing anything.
Default visibility sets the starting point for new meetings not linked to a deal. Choose Private or Shared. Deal-linked meetings default to Shared either way. Changing this setting doesn't alter existing meetings. Contact the Curvo team if you need earlier meetings updated in bulk.
Workspace owner access decides whether Owners and View-only Owners can open Private meetings owned by reps. It is on by default. When it is off, they can open only Shared meetings, their own meetings and meetings where they are a participant.
A Private meeting owned by an Owner or View-only Owner stays closed to other Owners whichever way this is set, unless they are a participant.
