To see what Curvo produced from a call, open the meeting from Meetings in the left sidebar. The analysis is split across tabs on the left of the page, with the recording and transcript in a panel on the right.
Open a past meeting
Select Meetings in the left sidebar.
Select Past, or scroll down to Past meetings on the main page.
Select the meeting.
The meeting opens on the Overview tab.
The tabs
Tab | What it holds | When it appears |
|---|---|---|
Overview | Summary, framework score, next actions, top risks and participants. See Overview tab: summary and next steps | Every meeting. The summary, score, actions and risks are for sales meetings |
Your framework's name, such as MEDDPICC or BANT | A score for each part of the framework and the moments behind it. See Sales framework scoring | Sales meetings only |
Notes | Agenda, key points and questions. See Notes tab | Every meeting |
To-do | Actions from the call and your own to-dos. Tick one when it's done, or add your own with New to-do | Every meeting |
Ask Curvo | A chat about this meeting. See Ask Curvo | Available on selected workspaces |
Some workspaces show an extra tab as well.
The panel on the right stays in place on every tab except Ask Curvo. See Recording, transcript and clips.
Why your tabs might differ
The meeting type decides most of what you see. It's the menu in the meeting header, which reads Sales Meeting, Standard Meeting or Customer Success.
A Standard Meeting has no framework tab, and its Overview has no summary or score.
A Customer Success meeting also has no framework tab, and its Overview shows a different set of cards. You can choose this type only when the linked deal is closed-won.
To change the type, select the menu, then choose Sales, Standard Meeting or Customer Success.
On a phone, one row of tabs covers both sides of the page. The first tab is labelled Summary, the recording tools sit under Transcript, Highlights and Clips, and you open the meeting chat with Ask about this call.
If a meeting has no analysis
Curvo hides the tabs while a meeting's first analysis is running, and shows its progress in the header. They also stay hidden when there's nothing to analyse:
Message | What it means |
|---|---|
Meeting too short | There wasn't enough conversation to create a summary or insights |
Curvo wasn't admitted to this call | Curvo waited to join but no one admitted it, so there's no recording or transcript |
If you see Processing failed, try refreshing the meeting. Contact support if it keeps failing.
Visibility, sharing and follow-up
Three controls sit at the right of the tab row:
The visibility menu, which shows Team or Private. See Who can see a meeting.
Share externally, for people outside your workspace. The same article covers this.
Draft Email, for your follow-up. See Draft follow-up emails.
