Notes tab

Updated by Rishav

The Notes tab is a structured record of the call, split into Agenda, Key points and Questions. You'll find it on every meeting type. If Curvo found nothing for a section, it says so, for example "No questions found."

Agenda

Agenda lists the topics covered in the meeting. Each one has a title with a short line of detail under it. For a call with Acme, you might see "Security review timeline", followed by a line on what was said about it.

Key points

Key points lists the important points from the whole meeting. Each has a short headline, some detail and one label: Decision, Work Assignment, Issue / Problem, Estimate, Progress Report, Priority, Feedback or Escalation. The labels let you scan for decisions and assigned work without reading every line.

A key point from the Acme call might read "Pilot starts with the London team", with the label Decision.

Questions

Questions pairs the questions asked on the call with the answers given. On a sales call, this is a quick way to check what the buyer asked and how your rep replied.

For example:

Q: Does Acme's data stay in the UK?

A: The rep said they'd confirm this with the security team after the call.

Copy the notes

Select Copy notes, at the top of the Agenda section, to copy all three sections as plain text. You can then paste them into an email or a document. Curvo confirms with "Copied to clipboard". The button is inactive while the notes are loading.

You can't edit notes in this tab. To correct the written summary, use Edit on the Overview tab. See Overview tab: summary and next steps.
