A meeting's recording, transcript, highlights and clips are in the panel on the right of the meeting page, on every tab except Ask Curvo. You can collapse the panel with Minimize video sidebar and reopen it with Show video sidebar. On a phone, Transcript, Highlights and Clips appear in the row of tabs.
Play the recording
Select Play in the player, or click a word in the transcript to play from there. Click the progress bar to move through the call.
The player also has buttons to go back or forward 10 seconds, Previous speaker, Next speaker, Mute, a volume slider and playback speed (1x, 1.25x, 1.5x or 2x). Video recordings add Fullscreen, where captions appear if the meeting has them.
Download the recording or transcript
The buttons sit at the top of the panel:
Button | What you get |
|---|---|
Recording | The full recording in its original format, usually an MP4. Some meetings are audio only |
Transcript | The full transcript as a PDF. If the meeting was translated, choose English or the original language |
Use the transcript
Transcript is the tab the panel opens on. Each entry shows the speaker and the time.
Search finds a word in the transcript, with arrows to move between matches.
Auto-scroll keeps the transcript in step with the recording. Scrolling the transcript turns it off, and selecting it turns it back on.
Copy puts the whole transcript on your clipboard, with speakers and times.
If the meeting was translated, buttons above the transcript switch between the original language and EN.
To correct a speaker, select their name. If it opens a menu, pick a participant or type a name. Add a speaker and Restore original speaker are in the same menu. Curvo updates the transcript and talk time straight away and updates the analysis afterwards.
Speaker Timeline
Select Timeline to show the Speaker Timeline between the video and the transcript. Expanded view gives each speaker a row with their talk time and percentage, while Dense view puts everyone on one row and is the default on a phone.
Click the timeline to jump to that moment. To make a clip, drag across a range, then select Share clip. On audio-only recordings you can't click or drag on the rows.
Highlights
Highlights lists moments Curvo picked out of the call, with the speaker, their words and the time. Select the time to play that moment. If a highlight has its own clip, it shows View clip, and selecting the highlight opens it.
Create a clip
Clips need a video recording.
Select Create Clip at the top of the panel.
Drag the handles, or type a Start Time and End Time. Set start and Set end use the current position in the preview. It starts as a 30-second clip from your current position.
Select Create clip.
Curvo names the clip and opens the Share Clip window. You can also start from a drag on the Speaker Timeline.
Share a clip
Control | What it does |
|---|---|

A new clip's link can be opened by anyone who has it, even on a Private meeting, until you change it.
Manage clips
The Clips tab appears once a meeting has a clip. Select a clip's title to jump to it in the recording. Each clip has Copy link, Share and a delete icon, and its options menu has Restrict access or Set to Anyone with link, plus Revoke link.
Clips you create also appear in Moments, on workspaces that have it.
Share the whole meeting
Teammates can open a meeting set to Team. For anyone outside your workspace, use Share externally. See Who can see a meeting for both.
