Overview tab: summary and next steps
In this article
In this article group
Overview is the tab every meeting opens on. On a sales meeting it runs from top to bottom through the summary, your framework score, next actions, top risks and participants. While Curvo is still processing, the tab says your summary and insights will appear once processing is complete.
Other meeting types look different, and the last section of this article covers them.
Summary
The Summary section is a written account of the call. Key takeaways, when the meeting has them, follow it as their own list.
Three buttons sit beside the heading:
Button | What it does |
|---|---|
Edit | Opens the summary for editing. Select Save or Cancel when you're done. Key takeaways have their own Edit button and save separately |
Add to CRM notes | Opens a note Curvo has generated for your CRM. You can edit it, choose contacts and select Sync now. Edits apply to the CRM note only, and the button is inactive until your company connects a CRM. See Connect your CRM and control what Curvo writes |
Draft email | Opens a follow-up draft. See Draft follow-up emails |
Framework score
This section is headed with your framework's name, such as MEDDPICC. It shows the meeting's overall score with a rating, then a bar for each part of the framework.
Rating | Overall score |
|---|---|
Good | 70% or more |
Average | 40% to 69% |
Needs attention | Below 40% |
Select View details to open the framework tab, or select a bar to go straight to that part. See Sales framework scoring.
Next actions
Next actions lists actions backed by evidence from the call, along with to-dos you've added yourself. Below them, Suggested next actions lists ideas Curvo proposed that weren't agreed on the call. Suggestions are marked "AI suggestions · not counted in deal health".
Tick an action to mark it done. Ticking a suggestion also marks it done, and moves it to your to-dos as completed.
To track something new, open the To-do tab and select New to-do. View all takes you to the same tab.
A long list collapses, with a link to show the rest.
If the meeting is linked to a deal, its evidence-backed actions are the deal's tracked tasks. You can use Add deadline on them, or Dismiss action from the options menu. See Deals.
If a meeting has no actions or suggestions, the section doesn't appear.
Top risks
Top risks lists up to three concerns from the call, numbered, each with the reason it was flagged. Use More to read a long reason in full. Ask how to mitigate sends the risk to Ask Curvo as a question. The section doesn't appear when no risks were found.
Below the risks you may see extra cards your company has set up.
Participants
Participants shows how many people are listed, then a row for each one, with the biggest talker first. Each row has a bar, a share of talk time and total talk time. The bar and total are hidden on the smallest screens.
Once the transcript has loaded, the list includes only people who spoke, so a silent attendee won't appear. The organiser carries an Organizer tag. If Curvo has a wrong name against a speaker, see Recording, transcript and clips.
Ask about this meeting
Available on selected workspaces. On a computer, a bar at the bottom of the page reads "Ask Curvo anything about this meeting…" on every tab except Ask Curvo. On a phone, use Ask about this call. See Ask Curvo.
Link the meeting to a deal
The deal control is in the meeting header, next to the meeting type. If no deal is linked, it reads Attach a deal. If one is linked, it shows the deal's name. Curvo tries to link deals automatically, and Deals explains how that works and what linking changes.
Standard and Customer Success meetings
Meeting type | What Overview shows |
|---|---|
Standard Meeting | Participants, with Draft email beside the heading, and any cards your company has set up. There's no summary, score, next actions or risks here. The Notes and To-do tabs still have content |
Customer Success | A different set of cards, starting with a summary |
