Notifications and what Curvo sends you

Curvo sends you a brief before a meeting, a recap after it and two weekly summaries, by email and by Slack direct message if your company has connected Slack. They're on until you turn them off, which you can do one at a time in Settings under Notifications.
What Curvo sends
Name in Settings | When, who gets it and what's in it |
|---|---|
Pre-meeting brief | About 15 minutes before the meeting, to the meeting's owners, for meetings linked to a deal or with someone outside your company. It has preparation for the call, such as the likely purpose, where things stand, risks and talking points |
Post-meeting summary | After the meeting has been processed, to the meeting's owners. The email subject calls it a recap. It has the purpose, key takeaways, topics and next steps |
Week ahead | Monday morning, to anyone with scheduled meetings they own that week. It covers what's coming up and how to prepare |
Week in review | Friday morning, to anyone who owned meetings that week. It summarises the week's customer conversations |
Comments on my moments | When someone comments on your moment, mentions you or asks for access. It goes to the moment's owner and anyone mentioned, by email, with the comment or request |
Your time zone in Profile decides when the weekly summaries arrive. If you have no meetings to report on, Curvo skips that week's summary.
Sign-in links and team invitations aren't controlled by these settings.
Turn a notification off
Select your name at the bottom of the left sidebar, then Settings.
Under Your account, select Notifications.
In the Email section, switch off anything you don't want.
In the Slack section, do the same, or use the All switch. This section only appears if Slack is available on your workspace.
Email and Slack are separate, so you can keep one and turn off the other. The emails also include a Manage settings link that takes you to this page.
To stop all Curvo emails, select Unsubscribe in the Email section, then Unsubscribe from emails. Your Slack settings don't change. To start again, return to this page and select Subscribe.
Slack quiet hours
Set a start and end time under Quiet hours in the Slack section. Any direct message due in that window is skipped and isn't sent later. Quiet hours use your Profile time zone and don't affect email.
How Slack is connected
Slack needs turning on for your workspace first. If it is, an Owner or View-only Owner can connect it:
Select your name, then Settings.
Under Company, select Integrations.
On the Slack card, select Connect and approve the request in Slack.
The first time this happens, everyone in your company gets an email saying Slack is connected. A Slack workspace can only be connected to one Curvo account. To remove it, select Disconnect on the same card.
Each person's status shows as Connected or Not connected in Settings under Notifications.
Curvo finds you in Slack using your email address. If your Slack account uses a different address from Curvo, you won't get direct messages.
If a deal or prospect is linked to a Slack channel, the Post-meeting summary for that meeting goes to the channel, and the owners don't get a direct message. Admins link channels with /curvo link in Slack.
The bell in the app
The bell only appears at the top of the page when meetings you own need a deal linked, and the number shows how many. Select it to open the Notifications page, then select a meeting to review it. Emails and Slack messages aren't listed there.
If something doesn't arrive
Check these in order:
The notification is switched on, and Email doesn't say you're unsubscribed.
You own the meeting. Notifications go to meeting owners, and other attendees don't receive them.
For Slack, the status says Connected, your email addresses match and it wasn't during your quiet hours.
For a recap, the meeting produced a purpose, takeaways or next steps. Curvo sends nothing if it didn't.
